Standard all-in-one dispenser cutter dispenser with a 30 inch serrated blade smoothly dispenses many types of paper including Kraft paper and wrapping paper. Cuts evenly using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade. Easy roll changing with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into open position. Holds up to a 9 inch roll on a 3 inch core. Rubber feet included to protect surfaces.
