As part of this transition, please note the following important payment details:

  1. Online Payment and Account Setup
    You can easily create your customer profile on our Kennicott Web Portal, visit the 
    Kennicott Sign In Page, from there you may view invoices, make payments, and securely add your credit card as a payment profile.
    • COD customers creating your account and payment profile is required prior to placing your first order with us, so please don’t delay.
    • We offer multiple convenient ways to pay online:
      Credit/Debit Card — Make secure payments directly using your card.
      Personal or Business Checking Account — Pay directly from your bank account.
    • Credit customers also have the option to set up recurring payments, allowing your account to be automatically charged at selected intervals.
  2. Balances as of October 31
    Any existing balances as of October 31 should now be paid directly to Kennicott Brothers Company. 
  3. Credit Terms
    If you previously had credit terms established with Pennock, Kennicott Brothers will honor those existing terms. However, we ask that you complete a Kennicott credit application through our partner platform, Nuvo, to finalize your account setup:

  4. Additional Payment Options

In addition to online payments, we also accept the following methods:

o   Credit Card – Pay securely in-store at checkout, or over the phone.

o   ACH (Automated Clearing House) – Convenient direct bank transfers.

o   Check – Payments can be mailed or delivered to your new Kennicott branch, or to our Lockbox (please inquire within for our lockbox address).
