Arrangement Preparation

  • Use a clean vase or container filled with flower food solution such as (FloraLife® Express 300).
  • Recut stems before arranging to ensure maximum uptake.
  • Amaryllis stems are hollow, insert a wooden floral stick or plastic straw if extra support is needed.
  • Avoid overcrowding stems to prevent bruising or breakage.
  • For foam designs, use fully soaked OASIS® Floral Foam prepared with flower food solution.
  • Secure stems carefully and handle blooms gently, they bruise easily.

Customer Care/Tips & Tricks

  • Display in indirect light and keep away from heaters or cold drafts.
  • Refill vase with fresh water and flower food every 2–3 days.
  • Remove fading blooms promptly to encourage the remaining flowers to open evenly.
  • If the stem splits, trim above the split and insert a straw or tape the end to maintain structure.
  • When handled properly, Amaryllis can last up to 10–14 days in arrangements.
  • After the blooms fade, bulbs can be saved, dried, and replanted for future flowering.
