Flowers In Bloom With M&M Events Specialists

M&M Events,in Carol Stream Illinois, sent us a few photos where all Flowers and Supplies for the designs were from Kennicott Brothers Company!  Aren't these designs just Awesome!!!  They are from an "Alice In Wonderland" themed party (hence the Mad Hatter Hats)  The long table decoration is a household drain that was split in half and filled with wheat grass (which is available from Kennicott Brothers)

The Body Flower Experience

We are so thrilled to be working with AIFD to present The Body Flower Experience on April 2nd from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Be sure to fill out the flyer ASAP because these workshops fill up quickly!

This workshop is a four hour hands-on workshop on advanced construction of body flowers. This includes corsages, wristlets, boutonnières, body adornments and jewelry construction. The class covers the development process of using the elements and principles of designapplying the step by step process from start to finish. The choice of colors, form, design style and mechanics are discussed. You will look at applications and techniques that include the assembly processes, gluing techniques, and the design styles. The techniques used are applied to create interest and creativity to the design technique. Basic tools and jewelry making tools are required for this class.

Have You thought of trying Groupon?  A recent study by the Harvard Business Review found that of the study sample of 150 businesses that ran Groupon promotions between June 2009 and August 2010, 42% said they would not run a Groupon promotion again. Their main reasons were that a significant proportion of Groupon redeemers are extremely price sensitive, barely spending beyond a discounted product's face value.
