Kennicott Brothers Company, an employee owned company, is a distributor, grower and importer serving the floral industry throughout the United States. We have seven Midwest distribution centers to serve our customers. For outside of our midwest delivery area, we ship via truck and air.

To become a customer of Kennicott Brothers, please bring in the following items with you when you visit one of our locations or send the information via fax to 312-492-8200.
      1. Completed Customer Account Form
      2.  Completed Certificate of Resale
      3.  Photo copy of the Department of Revenue Certification of Registration which shows the State Seal
      4. Photo ID
      5. Completed Illinois Department of Revenue CRT-61 Form unless you reside in Wisconsin or Indiana.
      6. If you are a customer in Wisconsin, you will need to fill out the Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate .
      7. To open credit with us, please complete the Confidential Credit Application. This is not required to become a Kennicott customer.
